The second rain delay started about 30 minutes ago and they still don't have the field covered. When they rolled up the tarp after the first rain delay, they freaked it all up.
They keep cutting back to the field, during the local news, and it looks like 100 people grabbing the tarp trying to shake the water from it.
Apparently, it's an inexperienced grounds crew.
