3 STAR: Toronto (+9) OVER PHOENIX
Both of these teams are really struggling right now having lost 8 of their last 12 games. But this is one of the worst situations for the Suns to get the cover. Phoenix is only 1-9 against the spread as a home favorite of 6.5 to 12 points this season and to make things worse (or in our case better) the Suns are 2-12 against the spread when playing against a bad team with a winning percentage of 25% to 40% this season. Phoenix is also only 3-8 against the spread as a home favorite against Eastern Conference teams. I'll take the points here!
