I like Caesars Sportsbook.
As far as comps. If you go in betting with the intentions of being comped you WILL end up losing. Let the comps take care of themselves. It takes alot to get comps betting sports.
The Paris Hotel, in my opinion, is very gracious on comps.

Eat at 9 in the Palms. AWSOME steaks.
