Picking up from last year, you all know by now, the Kapt dooesn't play unders...I'll throw out what I feel are good over plays...

Wash/Mets OVER 7 1/2
Dodgers/Rockies OVER 13
Orioles/B Jays OVER 10 1/2****
Reds/Marlins OVER 8

LOL to all...the Kapt
