KonSenseUs Kruise Poll question

Should we have 1 or 2 PODs (on split time days)....The question has come up, and I would like all you fellows input, and reasons for the decision you made...

This Kruise is the Members, for the Members, By the Members...

I vote for 2 a day if they arise because if we get days with equall amounts of early and late game we might miss out on some winners.

I like the idea of having two POD's per day, if it works out that way.. I don't think people should be expected to choose an early and late game.

1 or two doesn't really matter much to me. I personally have 1
pod that is the play I think is the stongest on the board, whether it be early or late. If I see enough of you guys on a
game I'll usually play it. I think trying to force a play just to
have a early and a late play may cause some confussion on the one absolute strongest pod.

Tough question...as I feel for many good cappers having 2 POD's when there are split games isn't "forcing" a play, but some may feel that way. I think the 2 POD's works great right now but allow the individual to not have 2 POD's if they don't feel strongly about it. THerefore, when you do see 2 POD's from a person you know that they like the plays equally strong.

I don't cap (because I suck at it), but do follow the kruise plays, here is my humble opinion. I say ask people to post early, like you have been doing. Have them post only their one strongest play of the day. Be it an early or a late game. One choice per person. That gives us every capper's strongest play for the day. If it turns out that all the cappers are split on plays and have one huge play early and one huge play late, then you end up with two PODs.

If you ask for an early POD and a late POD, you may get the capper's #1 choice and the capper's #3 or #4 choice (assuming the strongest 3 plays were either early or late.)

I say don't dilute the process and let the chips fall where they may.

I would say have a day and night play POD when there are at least 4 day games starting prior to 6 PM Eastern. For days like today, one play.

I agree with BigTicket only 1 pick per day,but if we wind up with a early 7* and a late 6*then we should have 2 pods.

My opinion

In my opinion, a "Play of the day" is your (one) best pick of the day. The object of the Kruise, to me, was to find the (one) best play for the day by each participating member.

I agree with RJ in the aspects of members may feel obligated to make a second choice if two POD's are offered., Their second play may not be as strong as their POD, so if it's not as strong as their first play, how can they actually call it a POD.

Having two POD's defeats the purpose of finding the "best of the best" for the day from each member. So I feel we should just have one POD by each member.
