With a 1000 bankroll I'd play a flat 50 per game . When we go up 20 units net you will have doubled to 2000
With a 2000 BR I'd play 100 per game and turn it into 4000
When you reach either of these figures let me know and we'll re -evaluate your game plan.
Fair enough ?
Best of Luck Buddy
See ya tomorrow.

With a $1000 bankroll I'd play as follows:
1* $20
1 1/2* $30
2* $40
2 1/2* $50
3* $60
Double those amounts with a $2000 bankroll
Adjust you unit amount as your bankroll increases. When your bankroll increases to $1100 then bump your 1* play to $22. When your bankroll increases to $1200 a 1* play is now $24 and so on.
Your 1* unit plays should always represent 2% of your bankroll.
