If we keep the same format as last season the games will be rated by Stars ; 1, 1 ½, 2 , 2 ½, 3, 3 ½, and 4 being the highest. Our bread and butter lies in the 1, 1 ½, 2, and 2 ½ star games which make up 90 % of all our total plays. We will play on the Money Line ( ML ) and with the Run Line ( RL)Coverboy
if you say a game is a 2 star game and my unit bet is $100
the line is for example florida -139
should I wager 278 to win 200?
or should I wager 200 to win 143?
Thanks and good luck to all of you.I know nothing about baseball, but I enjoy gambling

Thanks
Thanks for all the replies and great to be back.
Flavio - you can:
1) Wager a flat amount ( 100 ) on each game regardless of the strength of the play.
2) Wager on the Star Basis ( 100 per star ... this can be pretty volatile and I'll leave it up to you. For Example a 2 1/2 * play would mean a 250 wager It all depends on your personal $$$ situation.)
3) What I'd recommend is to start out by wagering the same on each play , build up a bankroll , and then later on switching to the Star Basis if you are so inclined.
If you choose #2 right from the opening bell and we have a 2* play on Florida you would make a 200 wager on them regardless of whether they were a small fave, even, or a dog. Say if Florida is -110 and you wager 200 on them. If they win you win 200 . If they lose you lose 220 . Thats how it works. If Florida is + 125 and your is wager 200 ... if they win you win 250 and if they lose you lose 200 .
Dont adjust your wager amounts because of the line.
Again , my suggestion is to start out by playing every game for the same amount until you get the handle ... then adjust accordingly if you wish.
During the season feel free to let me know how you're doing and we'll decide together about any adjustments.
Hope this helps.
