I posted this in the non-gambling issues forum as well, but you can bet on these games so it may be appropriate here as well... Mods, please delete if this is not appropriate.
If you guys like this thread, you'll love what my local sports radio station (KJR AM in Seattle) is doing. They have contest called the "Bigger Dance" where they take the hottest 64 female celbs and match them up NCAA Tourney style. The winner of each game is determined by the callers who vote for a minute and a half or so.
The fun part is, we get to fill out our own brackets and see who can achieve the best score. The winning bracket gets a trip for 2 to any sporting event in the WORLD!!!
Examples of some first round matches are as follows:
Jennifer Garner vs Heather Locklear
Lauren Jackson vs Sue Bird
Eva Mendes vs Kirsten Dunst
Eva Longoria vs Kobe's Wife
Beyonce Knowles vs Debbie Gibson
Last year you were even allowed to bet on the matches, the local host caps the games and you can wager fictional money and win some type prize (i forgot what it was last year).
The contest starts this Thursday (April 14). If you want to sign up go to k j r a m dot com and click on the bigger dance link. you can even start your own bettorschat office pool if you want.
Anyways... this is always a lot of fun and my friends and I do it every year... just thought I'd pass it along to you guys!
