Explanation: The Knicks were officially eliminated from the playoffs in their Friday night home loss to the Bulls, the team's ninth consecutive loss! During this current losing streak, NY has allowed 105 PPG, the main reason they have gone 0-9 ATS during their current slide! Now it's off to Indiana to play the Pacers, a team that has won a season-high six straight games (6-0 ATS) and eight of their last nine (8-0-1 ATS). While the Pacers would probably be better off finishing with the East's sixth-best record instead of the fifth-best mark (that would get them the Celtics rather than the Bulls in the first round), Rick Carlisle's guys "don't play that game"! Jackson and Miller are leading the way to this Pacer resurgence with Anthony Johnson stepping in nicely at the point for Tinsley. Up front, Foster, Dale Davis, Pollard and Croshere have all had their moments! During the team's current six-game winning streak, defense has been the name of the game (unlike the Knicks!). Excluding the team's 114-108 OT win vs Miami, Indiana has held its other five victims to an average of 78.2 PPG, including holding the Knicks to just 79 points in an 18-point win at MSG (4/5). Back to the Knicks for a second. Except for Marbury and Crawford (combine to average about 40 PPG), New York has almost nothing! Since Jan 1, the Knicks are an abysmal 2-20 SU on the road, winning only at Atlanta and Utah (combined .237 win pct). NY enters this game on a 7-game road losing streak both SU and ATS! Pacers in a ROUT!

Explanation: The Spurs made a dramatic comeback to win last night in double-OT, beating the Clippers on Robert Horry's 3-pointer. The win was San Antonio's first in its last seven road games. Ginobili had 40 and Parker, 27. Duncan has now missed 10 games and Popovich has expressed concern as to playing Ginobili in the second of back-to0back games down the stetch. More trouble could be looming for the Spurs, as the 7-0 Nesterovic left last night's game in the 3rd quarter with a sprained ankle. With Duncan, SA is the league's best defensive but the Clipps shot 58% last night, a game after Dallas hit 53% vs the Duncan-less Spurs. LA had 105 pts in regulation and SA has now allowed more than 100 points in its last SEVEN road games! Not good news when visting Oakland. The Warriors are playing as well as any team in the league these days, having won eight straight (6-2 ATS) and 11 of 12 (9-3 ATS). In the team's eight-game winning streak, they've averaged 112.6 PPG, as Davis is running the offense to perfection, leaving Richardson, Murphy and Dunleavy to wonder just how good these Warriors would have been with Baron in Oakland all season? Bad spot for the Spurs and the Warriors are just having FUN! Sunday Night Bail Out Game of the Month 10* Warriors.
