  • Still BULLish On the Nuggets

YTD: 74-67 (1-2 Friday but hit another 2*; now 11-4 on top plays)
    4*: 0-1
    3*: 2-0
    2*: 9-3
    1*: 63-63

    1* Bulls -7
Raptors were fully extended in OT win last night at home. Bulls, who are still very hot, also had a tough game, winning in New York. Normally, travelling home off a tough win is a red flag but the Bulls are hot, Toronto is even more tired, and the Bulls are a much better team.

    1* Nuggets -7 1/2
Denver always ******. This game looks very much like a Nuggets letdown but they haven't had a letdown since Karl (my pick for NBA Coach of the Year) got there. Denver won a toughie on the road in Minnesota last night while the Sonics laid down at home against the Lakers. Seattle might have more energy but Denver is the deepest team in the west and goes very deep in their rotation (boykins only played 15 minutes last night). Seattle still without two starters.

More later when lines come out on Spurs-Clippers and Wizards-Sixers.

            Adding

            1* Clippers +2 1/2
This is a tricky game as the Clips are back home after aseven game road trip---normally an iffy play. But they've had two days rest antd the last game was a loss at San Antonio. Chance for revenge here as the Clippers are way beter at home than on road (25-13 SU). How do Duncan-less Spurs respond to 36 point loss to Dallas? Tough call, but I still like the Clips here.

            Opinion only: Suns
