Capuano had a 1.50 era in the spring and pitched well at times last year. I like the under.

Capuano actually had a 1.08 era this spring, but obvisously that's just srping stats. He had a 9.00 era against the Cubs last year. If the wind is blowing out and it's not raining take the over, it's raining and gusting in, take the under. Both pitchers probably won't go deep in the game, being that it's their first and Wood's injury.
