question about parlays

when i have 3 or more teams on a parlay i can choose a straight parlay, or round robins...depending on how many teams...if i did a $100 parlay on 3 teams, it says i'd risk $300,,,just wondering if anyone could help me out about how this works

Parlays

think a straight parlay is the 3 teamer and the round robin would be 3 two team parlays with all combos of the origninal teams in your 3 teamer. Hope that makes sense.

ooo ok i got it now...thanks alot....so as long as 2 out of 3 win you win something right?

$100 Round Robin with teams A,B and C would consist of 3 2 team parlays as follows...

Team A vs B, A vs C and B vs C. Your total risk is $300 if all parlays lose.

No don't necessarily win if 2 teams win depends on the odds and payout.

Assuming that your wager consists of 3 teams at -110 odds you would be correct. 2 winners wins 1 parlay which would pay $260 less $200 losers on the other 2 parlays due to the 1 play that lost. Total profit of $60. If all 3 hit you win $260 + 260+260= $780
