We had a guy at work who we were going to terminate because he had been warned about inappropriate internet usage and kept doing it. He must of gotten wind of what was going on and came in over the weekend and opened up his box and took the hard drive out.

He apparently didn't think we would find it suspicious that his was the only hard drive that was "stolen" and he also didn't realize that everything was logged on the server.

If you are using Windows XP do a file search for Pictures, music or video

Click on Start/Search

In the Search Result window click on the Pictures, music or video link.

Then click the Search button.

Delete any unwanted files

Don't forget to remove the deleted files from you Recycle Bin

Here's a tip. If you hold down the shift key while deleting files it permanently deletes the file. It does not move the file to the Recycle Bin.
