what is the mph blowing out to play the Over
and the mph blowing in to play the Under
(just generally, not for any specific field - unless of course you have a list you want to share)

The wind blowing out or in is not the only factor for determining Over/Unders...The real key is the Humidity...Resistance to the Ball...let me give you an example...wind out to CF at 25 MPH--pretty good---humidity at80%--heavy ball--wont travel as far..now lets compound this--the Park has a 410' CF fence--no help there...now lets say the Pitcher is a KnuckleBaller or known for Junk---humidity from the mound to the plate--heavy air--gives the advantage to the pitcher...Ball will break more...you really look to the wind blowing out--on low humidity days, in Homer friendly parks....Theres a lot more to it than just which way the wind is blowing...another example is Wrigley field--pre game winds out to LF at 25-35 MPH--change in second inning the other way--or some times the wind outside the park is different than on the field, and sometimes creates opposite swirls...I use V E G A S E X P E R T S . C O M for my info...hope this helps you...I play a ton of OVERs in Bases---never do I play unders..very Rare....the Kapt
