There was a game a few weeks ago where the teams scored about 18 points the last 70 seconds or so. The losing team kept scoring and fouling. The winning team kept making all their FTs.

Late in games if a team is losing by 2 or 3 possession they'll keep fouling. NBA isn't like CBB. They won't continue to foul when they are down DD points.
