Baseball Betting Guide

After following the great football and basketball cappers on this site, I have an extra cash stash for baseball betting.
Can some of the baseball gurus offer a newbie a guide to what the various baseball bets are(money line, runline,etc.).
Thanks in advance and I appreciate the picks and insight from ALL the great cappers here.

Here are your basic baseball bets.

Money Line - which means that team just has to win.

Run Line - Which means you can take the favorite -1.5 Runs or the Dog +1.5 runs and a much better price than the MoneyLine

Parlay - Take 2 teams and parlay them together. Usually done when you have 2 higher favorites that you put together because you don't want to lay the high chalk.

Over/Unders - Total Score. Will it go over or under ??? the total that's posted.

You will also see some books that have 6th inning lines, but don't get into those.

Tonights Example:

NYY -200 vs. Boston Redsox 8.5 o-15 (-1.5 -105)

This means the Yanks are a -200 favorite and the over/under is 8.5. The runline is -105 if you think the Yanks will win by more than 1.5 runs.

If you recall from last winter, I said if you ever got to Wisconsin, I would take you to Whistling Straits for a round of golf.

RJ-You should extend you definition of parlays to 1) include 2 or MORE teams and 2) to point out that if you say play a 3 or 4 team parlay with some dogs in it, you can clean up and make some nice cash.
A lot of us with help of Goldvike and a few others hit some nice ones last summer.
As usual you will be high on my list of whom to look at each day before I bet.
