So the big 10 and `fly-over country` conferences were overated????....says who?...Mich St. kicked the fuck out of Duke, Wisc.beat up NC State, and Kentucky took care of the `Utes`....I think it`s all going to boil down to the `ILLINI` and North Carolina....and thats where my money is going...

HOWEVER! REALITY.....will set in......Illinois is ill equiped to handle Louisville UNLESS THEY PLAN TO PLAY A FULL 20 MINS PER HALF......They may NOT even get by Arizona as Lute Olson is light years ahead in coaching vs "Bruce I always coached in small CONFERENCES" Webber!

They have a good team but the likes of Minnesota and lowly Purdue totally torched them for a half or more until their total shock set in and their complete TALENT OVERLOAD TOOK over to win those games. They will have NO SUCH LUXURY now of taking 10 minutes off in a game and then "flipping on the switch" to win it in the second half. LOUISVILLE SHOULD BE PLAYING EITHER WISCONSIN OR UNC for the title.......BUT I HAVE BEEN WRONG LOTS BEFORE AND LOVE THE BIG TEN!!

Thanks for your analysis, and you are probably correct in saying IL. may not have the stamina of a Louisville, but the fact remains that the remainder of the brackets show `mid American`teams as favorites...When was the last time you saw that?....Maybe we`re finally getting some respect..I really,really think it`s going to get down to Illinois and NC....I think there are more talented players on Illinos than Arizona, and Weber as a coach has done a marvelous job....but, as you say, they will have to get past Arizona...I`m betting (hoping) that they will....GL to you buddy, lets get them tomorrow
