That the Memphis line looks too low.

Memphis -14 against Northeastern?

Who is Northeastern? They don't play anyone worth anything. I think they played UMASS and UCONN and the rest were scrub teams. I think Memphis has a pretty good squad here and should easily cover this number.

Any thoughts??

I know about Northeastern kinda. They play in the America East conference. Which is where U Albany plays. Which is where I'm from. Vermont won the America east and Northeastern finnished 2nd (15-3) Maine is a decent team as normally Boston U is good also. America East conference isnt that bad. If memphis shows up they should win and cover. If they play lax they will be in for a battle. I'd stay away from it but thats just me.

the only thing that worries me is how Memphis lost their last game. Devistating loss. So, I don't know if they'll come out pissed off and take it out on Northeastern or be so deflated that they don't give a sh!t. Northeastern just hasn't played anyone good this year, and I think seeing a team like Memphis will put them back in their place.

If memphis shows up tonight they will blow out northeastern if they dont come to play they'll still win but not cover. Thats what you have to decide. that loss was heartbreaking i dont know how you can recover.

Heads up anyone playing Memphis, having friends and being future enrolled at Northeastern, I called them up. They said the basketball players were up from 7pm to 11pm discussing game plans, videos, and plays. They went to bed early 11:15 ish to wake up at 10am for practice. So thats plenty of sleep for a well focused team who wants to show america what their about just like holy cross. also they recently had a big loss to vermont and that was the big word around campus. Theyve honestly practiced at least 4 hours everyday for the NIT.
