Hope everyone got a little bit of the late money last night with the OVER in HOUS/GS! For 2night:
Listened to the Irish show late this afternoon and they know they are in trouble. C. Quinn the leading 3 point shooter in the ENTIRE BIG EAST can hardly dribble the ball in practice with the bum shoulder he nailed last game. They said the team as a whole is totally gassed as well as they are very thin to start with which was a huge reason for dropping their last game to LAST PLACE Rutgers. Even these guys said that Holy Cross has a shot at the outright win even at home tonight!
H.C. Crushed an Army team by 76-42 AND 66-29 which is the same team Notre Dame just struggled until they pulled away very late to win by 19 eventually. The Crusaders also only lost AT BOSTON COLLEGE BY 3! Barely lost the touney final to Bucknell who by the way only BEAT PITTSBURGH! They even crushed a decent IONA team by 25! They do NOT fear road games whatsoever.
Looking at the miniscule total on this game at a meager 122 tells me it will be defensive/low scoring in nature and 9 points is a TON to give up in a game like that. THEY HAVE ONLY NOT COVERED 9 POINTS 2 TIMES THIS YEAR. Once by my beloved Gophers at Minnesota and the other AT Bucknell. HELL...THEY'RE 24-6 OVERALL!!
Mike Bray thinks they have enough to win tonight and with Quinn pretty much out will be experimenting with a couple of youngsters for what he believes will be experience for next year. HENCE:
