I don't have the stats, but I would bet in straight up wins in games where Calipari has coached against Pitino over the years, that Pitino has a huge advantage.
Of course, the ats is all that counts, but I would bet I am correct in my assessment.
I would like to know if anyone has stats on this.
ps This goes back to the days of UMass (Calipari) and Pitino(Kentucky) and probably also when both coached in the NBA.

We (Louisville) was lucky, because Memphis has out played Louisville this year, Memphis blew out Louisville in Freedom Hall, they were beating Louisville a few weeks ago only to score 5 points in the last 10 minutes of the game, and a player missing 2 out 3 free throws at the end. I do feel sorry for the young man from Memphis. This kinda reminds of 1975 Final Four when Louisville had a play who was like 24 for 24 on free throws all year and missed late in the game to either tie or go ahead.
