St marks is good,,,,are you going to the nite games..if you do after the game go to hogs & heffers .............13Th & washington..in the meat district....than red rocks cafe right ariund the corner..10Th and 11 street right across from chelsea pier........topless places private eys 45th & 9th....flashdancers 53rd & broadway...a great sports bar with the best tvs u ever seen 46th & 8th ave ,,called snuffy duffys..........or after the game go uptown the west side,,,from 77th - 90th on amsterdam ave ave,,there a bar where ever you look..time out..allaigators alley...racoon lounge,,the gin mill......or if u want the best food go down to little italy and go to cafe sorrentos or anyplace down there ..there all the same..down walk alittle and on spring & mulberry go to the springstreet lounge........stay away from espn lounde unless u stop in there for 1 drink that place is expensive its definetly worth going there at least once..i love snuffy duffies on 8th and 46 street good luck buddy ,

thanks ripple, i agree with you on ESPN zone its like 8 for a pint of beer. I'll have to try that snuffy duffies sports bar. its on 8th ave and 46th street? My buddy use to live on upper west side so i know there are bars everywhere, but will be down on lower east side or in mid town. thanks for the info

we are down off 1st Ave. I dont know the cross street we are a couple blocks south of
mcsorleys. I'm pretty good with bars near there i'm looking for more about bars, cheap but good eating spots up near the garden. Been too hogs & heffers before, good times.
