Miami has won eight in a row, most by big margins including a 16-point win at New Jersey last week. They should have a similarly easy time back at home. Nets had lost three of four before escaping with lucky one point win at New Orleans Wednesday.

Even if Duncan plays (likely but not a sure thing), this number is out of whack. I realize I'm playing Denver almost every game but the Nuggets are playing great since the hiring of Karl. Denver has won seven in a row but gets nine points?? San Antonio played well even without Duncan but I expect a very competitive game from the Nuggets tonight.

Note: Given controversy in other threads recently about lines, I'd like to note the line I post is always the one I bet and I post right after I bet. The above Miami game as wat 9 1/2 Fri night at Olympic Sports and the Denver line is at +9 right now at Royal Sports. Both of these lines will move, I think, as they are absurd (and the Heat line is already doing so). But my lines are always the ones at I bet at the time of my post.
