Just an FYI
There is no such person as Chuck Franklin. He was created by a sportswriter/tout from Atlanta who used to post picks on a dial-in line that cost 99 cents. He soon left for Vegas to become a scamdicapper. He was 50% at best on his picks when he charged 99 cents. On that note, only a moron would pay this guy, Sean Michaels or Chris Jordan. They probably do not exist!!
