Wayne, Intereseting Additives to the PTS Contest

Hey Wayne,
Just thought of some interesting stuff you could add to the Pick The Score Contest.
Its smooth already but a little suggestions couldnt hurt.
How about picking preseason baseball games, I mean you get a little more winners, or European basketball now thatd make people do research to find stats to determine the score.

Sounds odd but thought itd be cool heh.
Great Job wayne not only on the contest but all around the forum.

Dan, i've thought of bases but it would be too easy. We would have a Winner every single day and it was meant to be somewhat difficult. SPARK and I do this as a nice gesture to have a little fun and it's out of our own pockets. As much as i like you guys i didn't want to do a contest that guaranteed a daily winner. We have had 2 Winners already and some said that wouldn't be done.

I don't think the Europe Hoops would work either because people wouldn't care enough to research it. They would probably just throw scores out and hope for the best. We seem to have better turn outs with Good College games. I thought of Arena Football too but i don't see much interest there.

I will figure out something good that i'm already working on for bases!

Euro Hoops!? USA hoops is hard enough, I cant believe anyone has won.
Wayne, just a thought, you could try a guess the # of hits and runs for all the games in a day, that would be just as hard as this bball contest.
