Over my many years of gambling, that is what usually happens:many people think because someone is not playing, it is a lock to play the other side;it doesn't work that way and more times than not it is a better bet to bet on the injured player's team than against it at least in the first game(this applies to all sports).

I played Houston, Not only Dirk, but Finley was doubtful, what scares me is that Dallas has lost a couple in a row, so they probably don't want to make it three, also Houston from what I've seen can't hold a lead so IF dallas falls behind they won't be out of it until its over!!

Modification to Savage's post

Everything you said about the Injury Theory is accurate except one thing: The injury must be "advertised" early for the theory to be effective. Last minute injury report does not count. I was amazed you knew this Savage. I call this theory the PIT( Porsche's Injury Theory). I hope this helps.
