Does anybody else's screen freeze for 10-20 seconds everytime a new link is opened on this site? This is the only time my computer freezes. Is there anything I could do to halt the problem? I.E. Cutting off avatars or anything. Any feedback would be great.

same here, this is the only site i visit where that happens...often my cursor will fail to respond, even just scrolling the page is frustrating sometime, esp the closer you get to tipoff!

i hope its not the avatars ill be pissed without mine and big mikes,,
hey monte for me when i try and scroll up the page it gets stuck half~way up the page for around 10-20 seconds that it runs for its life,,,i can change pages ok its just when im scrolling up & down ....

Consensus has it, anyways the ticker is a free download from ESPN, a nice touch, but everyone can get it if they want it.2009 MLB:

Big time freeze on my computer. I can view one or two threads at a time before I have to either shutdown Bettorschat or reboot my computer. This only happens when Bettorschat is open. If I view other sites, I have no problem with the freeze unless Bettorschat is open.Last edited by maxell; 03-04-2005, 01:39 PM.Comment
