Early Comp-from the Winner Line (he used to call himself Will "The Winner Rogers"), and has been pretty good with comps over the years;I haven't posted his plays previously because I didn't know he was stil operating as a service until by accident I discovered his new comp number yesterday);anyways the pick is IOWA STATE.Last edited by savage1; 02-27-2005, 09:47 AM.

Did ASA lose their Midwest GOY?
Here's Larry Ness's GOY...just purchased at Vegas Experts
Guaranteed Pick: Larry Ness
Game: Nebraska at Iowa State Feb 27 2005 2:00PM
Prediction: Iowa State
Reason: Nebraska has never been known as much of a road team and this visit to Ames to play Iowa St is what's commonly referred to as being in the WRONG place at the WRONG time. Not only is Nebraska off its huge home upset of Okla St in its last contest (74-67 at plus-7!) but the 'Huskers are facing the hard-charging Cyclones off their second-half collapse at A&M (ask Bob Knight's team how that can happen!). The Cyclones were on a seven-game winning streak both SU and ATS before that loss at College Station on Tuesday and at 7-6 in the Big-12, NEED to stay above .500 in conference play for at-large consideration. Nebraska returned four seniors from last year's team that advanced to the third round of the NIT but it's a freshman, Joe McCray, that is the team's leading scorer at 15.3 PPG. In fact, he's the ONLY 'Husker averaging in douuble-digits! For Iowa State, last year's outstanding freshman guards, are even better this season as sophomores! Stinson (17.6-5.6-4.3) and Blalock (12.3-4.8 APG) are joined this year by a new freshman duo, the 6-6 Clark (6.4-4.1) and the 6-5 Carr (5.3). Up front the 6-9 Jared Homan's numbers (13.1-7.7) are almost equal to that of the combined numbers of Nebraska big men Turek and Wilkinson (15.6-8.8)! Iowa State went into Lincoln during its seven-game winnning streak and beat the 'Huskers 65-60 and will have little trouble dispatching of them here in Ames with so much on the line! College BKB Game of the Year 10* Iowa State.I love Ripple and Spark and would sooner die than say anything bad about either of them. Thanks for making BettorsChat work guys! (SUCKING UP TO THE BOSSES)Love you too Monte

Computer Boys comp. is also Iowa State;could this be the unanimous pick today? Already I am hearing it everywhere. Maybe Nebraska shouldn't even bother to show up to play today, as everyone says they are neither going to win nor cover the spread.

Lenny Stevens
20* Nova
10* Detroit Pistons
Carlo "Iron Horse" Campanella 10* Game of the Month would be appreciated today.
One of today's dogs looks very live, but are going to get beat up like a red headed step child as they've LOST 37 of the last 41 times in these situations!
