spark may be you can get Monte to set the default at 40 posts per page.
that woudl help out because some , i am sure do not have it set that way so maybe if the default if it can be done that would help I think.

Thick Its Easy Go To User Cp ..than Options Than Hit 40 Pages And Than Hit Save Changes Its 1.2.3 Buddy

ITS THE WAY THE FORUM COMES ALL EVERY FORUM DEFAULT IS 16 I CHANGE IT WHERE EVER I GO
