Clemson whipped Maryland 88-73 in Littlejohn three weeks ago tonight, but Tigers are 2-10 in ACC, 3-2 as road dog, with losses by 8,2,2,4 and 32 pts; they have covered just two of last nine games, zero of last three. Erratic Terrapins are 3-2 as home fave; three of their last five games went at least one overtime.

Alabama beat LSU 73-58 in first meeting on January 8 but Tigers are 6-0 vs spread at home in SEC; they're 9-2 vs spread in last 11 games. Tide is 10-2 in SEC, 4-2 on road; they covered nine of 12 games and four in row in conference play.

Iowa State won its last seven games after 0-5 start in Big 12; they're 5-1 as road dog in Big 12, 3-3 SU on foreign soil. Texas A&M is 4-2 at home in Big 12 tilts, 4-1 vs spread in last five games; only one of their six league games was decided by less than 11 points.

Yale handed Penn their first loss Saturday, and trail by just two games in Ivy race; they face Brown team that lost last four games by 13-pt average and is 1-5-1 vs spread in last seven games, as they struggle on offense. Yale is 4-0 at home in Ivy, winning by 13,1,13,18 pts.

Elon beat NC-Greensboro 54-50 in first meeting back on Feb 1; Elon is 4-2 in last six games after 0-8 start in Southern Conference. Spartans are 6-2 in league, 7-7 overall; they ended five-game loss streak with big win over Appalachian State Saturday.

Eastern Kentucky beat Morehead 83-69 in first game this year, as 13.5-pt fave; Colonels are 3-4 on road in OVC, with wins by 4,4,3 pts. Morehead lost five of its last seven games; they're 3-3 at home in league, with losses by 8,21,2 points.

Appalachian State won 74-71 at Western Carolina the first meeting; they covered ten of last 11 overall, with four straight ****** at home. Western is 3-11 in league 1-5 in last six games, 3-3 as road dog, with losses by 5,20,12,7,9 and 9 points.
