I don't really like to play matchups. They are usually like a baseball line and not worth it to me. I like to go with bigger money and i try to "Sniff" out the win only. I have not looked at matchups but i do like the 1st two you have listed. I don't know about Kenseth though. Biffle is liked by many today and i don't like taking a Ford at Daytona.

IMO the best and easiest matchup to make some $$$ on today is take Jeff Burton over Bobby Labonte... Burton has been running great and has tons of confidence under his new team they are already starting to gel already so i look for him to get a victory very soon in the new season... GL TO YA!!!
