Is there a formula or a rule or a something you use on 2nd half lines? I see with the games you listed...

Dayton -12, down 9 at half, 21 pt. difference, -10 2nd half
Mizz -11.5, down 9 at half, 20.5pt. difference, -8.5 2nd half
Apple St -12, up 2 at half, 10pt. difference, -10 2nd half..

at what point (difference between game spread and halftime spread) does a game become good value? What about favorites that are up a decent amount at the half? Or dogs that are losing by alot more than the spread???

gary, no real formula. if i like a favorite though, and it's a 10 or 11 point fav. and they are down 10 at the half, i'm most likely gonna take them for the second half -8.

it's a game that i liked in the first place to win by 11, and then they're down by 10 at the half and it's -8 2nd half, i'm getting 13 points from the original line. hell yea, i'll take that.
