Gotta go with the East here, this game is all about entertainment value, sure the West has the better team, but a close game brings in the ratings. Lebron and Shaq will keep it close if not just out right win.
MVP Lebron James (7-1)
Lot of good players to chooes from, right? None from Denver though, and this game is usually so predictable as far as MVP honors go. i.e. Stockton and Malone in Utah, Magic in his retirement season. Lebron's first All Star start. Iverson already got one. Shaq too, I believe, I'm not positive. All signs point to Lebron. It's worth a flyer.
