The NHL has cancelled the season.

I could not care if they ever played again. When I think if major sports, I count 3 (Football, Hoops, Bases) and my 4th sport would be Tennis.

Greed will ruin this sport if it hasn't already done so this year.

As a long-suffering TB Lightning fan, I am disappointed they didn't even get to skate out on home ice to display the Cup they were going to defend.

The bigger disappointment...????? No hockey fights !!!!

i could care less. never watched it, and don't care about it. actually glad because sportscenter isn't bogged down with stupid hockey highlights.

any sport that 9 times out of 10 is a 1-0, 1-1 tie, is just rediculous and i can't ever get into it. same goes for soccer. DO AWAY WITH THAT TOO!

I'm actually a bit upset about it
I love sports.
But you're right about greed ruining this sport.
What the players don't understand is their sport is funded by American dollars. And in this country Hockey is not as big as it is in Canada and parts of Europe. We CAN live with out it. Those places can't.

I like Hockey's replacement-POKER! Plus the ratings on poker is probably higher than what hockey could have done.
