Exact Score Challenge

My latest creation is this.

Each day i will put out a thread with one game in it. Your job is to pick the Exact Final score with the right team winning. If you do so correctly you will be the Winner!

If we have multiple Winners the tie-breaker will be the person who posted it 1st and there will be no more than one Winner per day.

The Prize will be a $25 Gift Card of your choice to any one of the following....... Home Depot, Applebee's, Wal-Mart, or Best Buy.

I will do this each day until i get at least 10 Winners. I am funding this myself and BC doesn't even know i'm doing it so I want to see how it goes. If we have 10 Winners in 10 days then i will have to come up with something a little harder.

Each day the thread will have a "Sticky" on it and that days date.

Every Member gets ONE FREE shot at it each day and only ONE. Anyone that posts AFTER the game starts will be automatically eliminated!

Good Luck & Tell me what you think. Does it sound like fun? The first thread for Monday will be posted later!

i will be shocked if you get 1 winner everyday but good luck and it is very nice of you to do this for everyone especially funding it out of your own pocket that is special.
good luck on it and im sure it will be alot of fun, but its hard as hell to predict the exact score, lol.

Your probably right but if we get 300 replies a day you never know and if that's the case i don't want it to cost me all my own profits! :D

and the winner will probably be soem woman who never follows sports but wants those gift certificates lol to spend.
like some of those office pools some woman usually wins cause of the mascot or color of the team or something .
but i dont know if i have ever picked the exact score in close to 30 yrs lol.

I never said this would be easy or is it meant to be. If we don't have a Winner in the first week then i will change it to just the right score no matter what team wins! :D

Or a DVD, a couple CD'S, Money towards Dinner with the Wife, or $25 towards your next video game. It was meant to have a little fun with a little added incentive but some people just don't appreciate something that is free to play i guess.

Lovedoc, you're taking it out of RJ's pocket to deflect attention away from your OWN fortune.... I think you could put a little something in every member's bankroll without even blinking!!!

2 questions, Wayne... What time each day will you be posting the game, and do we have until gametime to give our score??

I'm warning you, I am a ringer at this... My dad took me to a Jets-Bills game at Shea in 1966, i think, i was around 7, he had a pool with his lodge to pick the point total for the game... he asked me the score, I said, 33 to 23, and that was the exact score, If he had played it and won money my whole life might have changed, i might have honed my capping skills...

Gary, i will try to have the thread up the night before and you can wait until the last minute to post but don't do it after the game starts. The tie-breaker is the 1st person with the right score so getting in early might be a good thing!
