as someone that has now been here a while, and usually stays out of all the fighting, i think we can all see what is going on here; it is either 1 of 2 things.........

1)this guy is new to the board and wanting to make a strong impression early and uses terms like GOY to get his point across just because he does not know the history we have with these terms, and if that is the case, i am cool with it;

2)alternatively, it may be one of those people we have seen 100 times start off with agressive posts, go like 4-0 or 10-2,, hit a cold streak and never returns

personally, for the good of the forum, i hope it is the former, but we do not know yet........the true test of all the veterans here is that 'we' (and at times, i even hesitate to put myself in that category) all went through horrific streaks (and still do) , yet still manage to produce a somewhat-quality product for the rest of you

monte, your plays have been brilliant so far, hope you keep it up, and personally, i agree with muscleman, you can call them whatever you want even if you prove to be an above 50% guy, but calling frank a moron is totally unnecessary......frank has earned his respect here and you haven't, and wont with name calling ......frank is only posting the responses to your GOY term because he is looking out for the newer members, he is not trying to challenge you, so relax with words like 'moron' please

Jesus..This place is starting to remind me of the old AOL boards and that was nothing to brag about. That board was just like the above posts and because of all that bullshit; over time they lost a lot of solid cappers until finally it folded….. Being fairly new here and having a lot of respect for all of you, I wouldn’t want to see this board turn into that nightmare..
I don’t care what anybody calls there games, but I have a real big problem with all the name calling and bashing of each other and it's not only THIS POST… I don’t need to hear this shit and if it continues I’m outta here!

The reason only scamdicappers have 88 "games of the year" is because a legitimate service honestly tries to tell its clients which games to hit harder than others. Don't words mean anything? Game of the year implies one game that is best of the year.
The same should hold true with a poster here. If you want anyone to follow your picks, it would be advisable to not hype them. If you consistently win, people will follow you and will really jump on a "game of the year" that you honestly think is your strongest play of the season. If you have a game of the year every night, you will perceived as a 16-year old kid with play money.
