Goose i've never posted in that thread simply because i usually have many top plays. Yesterday my 5 Unit plays went 4-1 and who's to say that one wouldn't have been posted as my top play? I just don't like trying to pick one play and that's why i rate them in my thread, but it doesn't sound like a bad idea.

I agree! I play almost all of my selections the same. Sometimes I play a little less or a little more. I don't like rating my games.

I had a similar idea to what Goose is proposing. Create a member consensus thread. Similar to the Service Fade Thread. The biggest problem is getting someone to update that thread on a daily basis.

I agree frank. We would need a dedicated sole that is here daily to do it!

I never look at that thread ... I always follow the hot and fade the cold .. I most likely would fade that thread ... Wayne, you make some great points ... You have 4-5 top plays, what are you going to put in that thread???

            Guys....

Thanks for the responses, and for making me feel not crazy...
Wayne I know you like action, in more ways than one
i just hope i can have something like your success.... and Chuck it is fun, i enjoy betting in shifts when i have the time (as long as it's not a Mich-W Va-Cin led 0-6 shift like yesterday!) and there are just too many good picks here to pass up..... and they have been winning!!! I do have to get more books..... Now I can keep being obsessed with and have my entire life revolve around gambling.... Thanks alot guys!
"That ain't working, that's the way you do it... get your money for nothing and your picks for free"

              i concur

i was worried when you started this thread gary that i was going to see some people tell you how 'it is impossible to win if you bet so many games'

that is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE.........just so you have an idea, i bet 44 games (or different bets ) yesterday under the theory that i bleieve i have a better than 50% chance to win most games, even if it is really only about 52-55% on some games, and 60-65% on others.......

thankfully now, we gamble in a world with multiple options....i use 3 different sportsbooks and 1 of them will often make you pay less that 10% if you lose......the best advice i could give anybody gambling on games like me, frank or wayne do (i.e. 10000000 games a day), try to diversify where you play....also, part of the skill of being a successful gambler through time is the ability to recognize line movement (this is not something that anybody can ve near perfect at, but the longer you do it, the better idea you will have of what the line will do)

i am a big 'money line parlay' guy like wayne and he is really doing a service to all of you by putting those plays out.....i have ok success doing it too, but that also is going to depend on when your specific book cuts off the money lines (meaning , some sportsbooks will not put money lines on games where is team is favored by too much but there are some out there that will put -1500 on games where teams are favored by 13+ for example)

i hope this makes sense, but in non-psychotic-gambler-like-me terms, what i am trying to say is it is totally ok to bet a zillion games!

              hope that helps
              b

                Lurker

As you can see, I do not post on here very often. Did get in Wayne's Fantasy football leagues. Will take this oppurtunity to Thank Wayne, Shorty and this site for picks. Limited time to cap most days. But, between Wayne, Shorty and a capper not very well liked on this site Boxer. I usually wind up with 20-25 plays on a saturday. Mainly a $50-100 player, but like wayne said , makes scoreboard watching very interesting. Good Luck.
