    Its laziness and stupidity

This sums it up. In addition, everyone needs to read what's being posted. Look at this poll, there are people responding responding to your services poll. While it is time consumuming I review all post before posting to avoid duplication.

    ASA
    3* Seattle
    3* Portland

Admittedly I am new at this forum thing but have learned that for example, Thick 1's continous consensus report eventually has most of the common request.

The reason people keep making duplicate requests is because they are too lazy to go back through the entire forum because it is cluttered with----you guessed it---duplicate requests.
Exactly, so please everyone that has the plays just post them...requesting and saying who's 4-2 yesterday, etc...is a waste; this way when we check into the today's service plays, what we will only see are the plays...thanks to all who contribute/post plays...gl :bestwishe

      • requests are ok.some people only post certain ones and you may want one they have but they don't use them and then you lose out cause they don't post it.

was looking for dr.bobs and godspicks today and they are always up here and today they are not.

        • I say no one should be allowed to request. Any service that someone finds should be posted. Posting a play is a favor, so I don't think requesting is the right thing to do.

          • Ahhhhh...to post, or not to post...............that is the question......but is it really the answer you are truly seeking? Garbage in....garbage stays in until it gets modified, then you still need to decide what plays really warrent..."plays". So with all the confusion of what to post or request, chaos at it's finest will chime in like a bull in a china shop just waiting to destroy your bankroll until you can truly learn to control your impulse gambling ways. Let's start by trying to modify our betting habits. Look there first. After all, if you do what you've always done....you'll get what you've always got. Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer...but wish we didn't. Let those who post....post. Let those who ask....ask. There are no mistakes in life.....only lessons. So, work like you don't need the money...Love like you've never been hurt...and Dance like no one is watching.
            What impulsive disorder?

              • I guess I have a suggestion to all this. I know that this could be more work for the MODs but it may save some headaches down the road.

We have a post like post #141 that has all the services and records and we also have a request post. As plays are posted the MOD will update that one service post by cutting and pasting the plays to that post. In the other post is a request post. Whenever someone comes in here and request something the MOD will copy that and put it in the request post. When someone responds will those plays that request is deleted.

I am suggesting it this way since one large service post will allow someone to come in here, look through the one post to see if the plays they are looking for are there and to also eliminate 7 posts requesting godspicks or whoever. I know that this sounds like a alot of mod work but instead of someone having to go through 140 posts we can maybe only have one page and one super service play post and one super request post.

Just a suggestion to hopefully make this site even better.

Most of the time, all you get are schill's of different companies coming in here, asking for plays, trying to drum up interest in their site (I should not have to mention names, just read today's thread it is obvious). I don't envy you Spark, this is alot of work! Thanks for everything you do

I agree with you OBE .. shills are in here plenty .. constantly asking for the plays ... very obvious .. I like my original plan of requesting only when you post a service play ... Thanks

fleet, you are one of the guys I want to listen to ... The last thing we want to do is clutter this thread up too much so you do not want to post here ... You say everyone should read previous post before requesting a service, great idea but it will never happen ... Thanks

But with so many great people contributing selected services, there have to be requests. Should people look back through and see what has been posted? Of course, pretty damn lazy not to! But I have also seen requests on page 1 repeated on page 4 and immediatly answered. and thanks to everyone who contributes to making this the best board of its kind.
Great point pat but I must say .. Why would you request a service at 9AM??? Do you really think that a sharer is going to look through everyone of these posts??? The guy who is asking for services is too lazy to look, what makes you think a sharer is going to do?? Think of that please ... There are 15-20 requests by noon everyday .. and then they are back at 3PM .. Excellent post pat, thanks
