Staying in the MAAC Tonight...
Manhattan -4' over Rider
The line caught my eye when I noticed the Jaspers were a favorite here. They lost last time to Rider by 29 and come into tonight's game losers of 3 in a row and 5 of their last 6. While Rider has won 4 of 5.
But...
When these teams faced each other last time Manhattan was without Mulligan and Anderson (both starters). The 2 lead their team in scoring, rebounds, steals and minutes played (35 min pg each). That's a ship with no sail. 5 of Man.'s last 6 games have been on the road while Rider has been at home 4 of 5. Rider shot only 36% last outing @ home and are now on the road. Not a favorable condition for them.
Canisius +9 @ St. Peters
Griffs beat the Peacocks by 5 last time. I think the teams match up very well. The Griffs are7-4 this year with the same starting 5 scheduled to start tonights game. They are 1-9 with others. The Griffs have been playing well lately I anticipate a closely played game with the Tim Spitler getting the win and his brother Andrew cashing his ticket. (Tim is a Fresh guard for the Peacocks and Andrew is a Sr. guard for the Griffs)
Good Luck To Everyone Today
