      UConn and Syracuse split pair of home court wins last year, with Huskies losing by 11 at Carrier Dome; they are 6-3 in Big East, and are dog for first time. Syracuse failed to cover its last six games; they're 1-3 as a home favoite, but won all four Big East home games.

      Favorite is 5-1 vs spread in Wright State's home tilts; they won by five at Butler in first meeting, 59-54, but lost last three games overall. Bulldogs are 1-3 as road dog in Horizon, with three road losses by 13+ points. Favorite is 4-1 vs spread in their Horizon road games.

      Western Kentucky won five of last six games, but they are 1-7 vs spread in league, 0-3 as a home fave, with home wins by 12,3,4 points. Florida International got its only Sun Belt win in 5-OT marathon at home; only one of their seven league losses is by 14+ points.

      Ohio U is 7-4 in MAC, 9-1 vs spread in its last 10 tilts 4-1 as road dog, with three of its four losses in league by three or less points. Bowling Green lost four of last six games (1-5 vs spread); their last four games were all decided by four or less points.

      St Joe's beat Villanova last two years by 7,17 points, after having lost to Wildcats four years before that; the Hawks are 3-7 outside of A-12, with only loss in last five games to Penn of Ivy League. Villanova won three of last four games, is 6-1 out of the Big East.

      Drake lost 51-45 in Carbondale five weeks ago; they covered last four games, including three of last four as home dog. Southern Illinois lost three of last four road games and is 2-3 SU in last five overall, but visitor has covered eight of their eleven Valley games.

      Oklahoma beat rival Oklahoma State 67-57 two wks ago in Norman, eighth home court win in last 9 series games, as Sooners lost last four visits to Stillwater by 24,2,7(ot) and 28 points. Cowboys are 7-2 in Big 12, with all seven wins by 10 or more points.

      New Mexico won last three games, now that they are getting healthier; they beat Wyoming 89-75 last time they met, four weeks ago. Cowboys won four of last five games, including OT win over Air Force Saturday. Lobos are 1-3 on road in Mountain West.

      San Diego State got rare road win when they upset the Cougars in Provo, 59-57, but Aztecs are 0-3 since its appearance on ESPN two weeks ago, with losses by 12,17,20 points. BYU won in OT at UNLV Saturday visitor is 5-2 vs spread in their MWC contests.

      Utah has dominated MWC in its first trip through, with all seven wins by 11+ points (7-0 vs spread); they got 70-52 over UNLV team that lost last three games and five of seven in league. Four of Rebels' five losses are by eight or more points.

      Air Force lost its last two road games; they beat Rams 58-53 in first meeting this year. Colorado State lost its last five games, all by 7+ points, failing to cover any of last six, with home losses by 23,8. Flyboys scored a mere 57 ppg in losing last two road games.

      Marist lost last three games after 7-1 start in MAAC, with losses by 11,14,11 points; Foxes are 5-1 as dog in MAAC, 3-1 on road, as they've covered eight of 11 in league. Canisius won its last two games and is 5-6 in MAAC, 1-1 as favorite in league play.

      St Peter's is 4-7 in MAAC, but they won three of last four games, and three of their four league wins are by 14+ points. Fairfield is 7-3 in league, 3-2 on road; they are 5-0 if they allow 66 or less points, and covered six of their last eight leaue games.

      Siena lost eight of last nine games (2-7 vs spread) they just lost 74-59 at home vs Niagara 11 days ago in our second-favorite city. Purple Eagles won last five games but are 1-6 as home favorite, with no league wins by a margin of 16+ points. Siena is unbettable, though.

      East Tennessee almost won game in NCAA's last year now they're 2-8 in Southern Conference and dog to a Wofford squad that was 0-8 in league at this time last week. One of ETSU's wins was 79-67 over Terriers three weeks ago at home. Wofford is favored for first time this season, in league play.

      Chattanooga scored just 55.3 ppg in losing last three games, including loss as 14-point favorite in last game. Charleston won its last three games by 12,7,9 points; dog covered three of their four league wins. Mocs are 2-6 in league, 2-3 as home favorite.

      Underdog is 8-1 vs spread in Wofford's league games, or else trend players would be all over Davidson, 10-0 in league, 5-0 on road- they covered six of last seven games. Four of last five Wofford losses were lost by five or less points.

      Furman won first meeting vs Citadel by 83-59 on road they're 1-3 on Southern Conference road with only W by eight points. Citadel lost last three games by 22,10 and 18 points. Dog covered three of their four at home Paladins are 3-2 as favorite in league play.

      Appalachian State won three of last four games; they're 5-0 vs spread in last five, but are 0-4 in road games so far this year. Western Carolina won its last two home games and is 2-8 in Horizon, covering three of four.

      Rider won 62-61 at Iona in first meeting, as Broncs are now 9-2 in league, winning last four games (3-1 against spread). Iona won five of last six games after 0-5 start in league; four of their six league losses are by six pts or afterwards. Five of nine Rider wins in MAAC have been won by five or less points.

        Warriors @ Heat-- Golden State lost 98-91 at home to Miami 26 days ago in Bay Area, one of 16 losses in last 18 games; over is 7-3 in their last ten games. Heat won five of last six games; they covered four of last 5 at home; over is 6-3 in their last nine.

        Elsewhere, under is 11-2-1 in last fourteen Pacer games as Indiana won last two games after six-game skis. Host just beat Pacers in Conseco 95-93 two weeks ago, as a 6-point dog on Jan 22. Wizards ended four-game loss streak when it hammered the Bucks last game, 112-94.

        76ers won four of last five games; they beat Nets by 8 in November, rallying from 53-44 halftime deficit. Jersey is 7-4 in last 11 games, 8-4 vs spread in last 12; nine of its last ten games went over total. Sixers covered in last six games, when they played the day before.

        Will Lakers coming to town mean rare sellout in Atlanta? Hawks lost last three games and ten of last 12, going 3-8 vs spread last 11 games. Lakers beat Atlanta 101-85 all the way back in early November. LA got nipped at wire by surging Rockets yesterday, they were + 13 turnovers.

        Knicks lost five in row and 16 of last 18 games; they're 0-5 on current road trip and allowed 115 ppg in last two games. They nipped Utah 94-93 back in December, so revenge in order for Jazz squad that is just 4-7 in last 11 home games. Jazz went over in six of last eight games.
