The Citadel +9' over Appalachian St.
The Citadel out of the South, comes into tonight's game having lost 2 games in a row for the first time this year. They have a 2-3 record against the South, having beaten Wofford and Ga. Southern. App St. out of the North, is 1-3 vs. the south with losses to Davidson, Wofford and yes Ga. Southern. Citadel is a better defensive team, it's a matter of them being able to perform on the offensive side of the ball.
Now the bad news.....Citadel did lose last out @ home to Wofford and App st is 8-1 at home this year.
I don't think Citadel will win, but I think they have a good shot at keeping it close. As long as they don't get 3-pt. happy. Last game they shot 20 of 48 FG attempts from beyond 3.
