    Indiana won its last eight games vs Penn State, winning last three at this site by 10,8,7 points. Lions covered 4 of last five games; they're 1-2 as road dog, with losses by 21,26,6 points. Hoosiers are 3-0 at home in league with wins by 13,9,7 points.

    Drexel hammered William&Mary 91-65 on road in the first meeting, but Dragons lost two of last three games, and are favored for first time in seven road tilts. Home team is 1-9 in CAA, 1-4 at home, with last three home games resulting in win and losses by 5,2 points.

    Hofstra won three of last four games; they lost 70-58 at VCU in first meeting;CAA home favorites 20-14 so far this season. Rams won five of last six games, five in row on road; they're 2-1 as CAA dog. Hofstra is 2-2 as home favorite, with wins by 14,21.

    Rutgers and St John's are both 1-6 in Big East, losing last three games; Red Storm won six of last seven in series, losing last three at this site by 10,4,16 points. Knights are 0-3 as road dog, losing by 7,14,16 points as home team covered six of their seven league games.

    George Mason won its last four games, all by 14+ pts; they beat NC-Wilmington 74-69 in first meeting. Host won its last three games and six of last seven; they are 3-0-1 as home favorite. Mason failed to cover its only try as CAA underdog this season.

    Delaware pounded on James Madison, 75-40, on Jan 5, but lost their five games since, with only one of the losses by less than nine points. JMU lost five of its last six games; they're 2-2 as home dog in league, with Ls at home by 1,19,3,27. CAA home dogs are 9-7.

    Towson State lost four games in row and seven of last eight; they're 1-3 as road dog, with three losses by 18 points and one by 21. Old Dominion just had big win over Drexel Monday; this is third game in five nights for all the CAA teams, good thing to keep in mind.

    Cincinnati had double digit lead early in first half in first meeting vs Louisville, but collapsed down stretch of a 69-66 loss. Louisville has been killing everyone else, with five wins by 25+ points during six-game streak of wins. Cardinals are 3-0 as C-USA home favorite.

    Wright State is 4-0 at home in Horizon, with no wins by less than six points; they're 3-0 as underdog in their league games. Wisconsin-Milwaukee just lost for first time in last eight games; they're 3-1 as a road favorite. Horizon home underdogs are 7-4 this season.

    Ohio U won four of last five games, covered seven of last eight and is 3-1 as road dog, with only one loss on road by more than three points. Buffalo won its last 3 games and covered four of last five; they're 2-3 as fave at home, with wins by 2,11,6,13 points.

    St Joe's won its last eight games vs St Bonaventure, as they won last four trips to Olean by 2,7,17,51 points. Hawks are 6-1 in A-12, 5-2 vs spread, with road W's by 3,35,19 points. Bonnies are 0-7 in league, 1-3 as a home dog, with losses by 11,26,4 and 21 points.

    Temple won 12 of last 13 games vs Rhode Island, as Rams lost last six visits to this site, four times losing by more than 17 points. Temple is 5-1 in A-12, 4-1-1 vs spread; they're 2-0 at home in league, with 32 and 24 points. Road team is 5-0-1 vs spread in URI's games.

    Fordham is surprisingly 4-3 in A-12, winning three of last four games; they lost last three trips to this site with wins by 16,7,5 points. Dayton won four of last five, as road team covered six of their seven A-12 games. UD won six of last seven series games.

    Oklahoma State won five of last six games vs Kansas State, with four of wins by eight or less points; they're 1-2 as home favorite, with wins by 10,10, 29 points. Favorite is 5-1 vs spread in K-State's Big 12 games; Wildcats won their last two games, are 3-3 in league.

    Villanova, UConn both 4-3 in Big East; Wildcats won last two games; they covered three of four on road in Big East, but lost three of four at this site, with losses by 24,6,9 points. Road team covered five of seven in UConn's Big East games; Huskies 1-2 as home fave.

    Miami, FL is 3-1 at home, but none of the wins are by more than four points; they lost three of last four games but are 6-2 vs spread in ACC. Virginia Tech won four of last five games; they're 5-2 vs spread in ACC, but lost at home vs Miami last year, 65-59.

    Seton Hall split its last four visits to Georgetown, with both wins in overtime; Pirates won its last two games after 0-4 start in league- they covered three of last four games. Hoyas are 3-1 at home, with wins by 7,1,9. Big East home favorites are 11-19 so far this season.

    Virginia, Providence both starving for win; they're 1-13 in their leagues, combined. Friars just lost Monday nite at Pitt, their seventh loss in row. Cavaliers got crushed at home by North Carolina Saturday; they're 1-4 as a road underdog.

    Xavier won last eight games vs LaSalle, with six wins by 15+ points; they won last four series games at home by 15,15,33 and 39 points. Explorers lost last five in a row, but last three were by 8,7,5 points. Xavier is 2-3 as home favorite in A-12 home favorite.

    Home side is 6-0 vs spread in LSU's SEC games, with Tigers losing both road games by 15,1 points. Georgia is 1-5 in SEC, 2-5 as dog; their last three losses are all by 21+ points. LSU won four of last five games; they lost last three visits to Athens by 26,5,2 points.

    Arkansas lost five of last six games; they're 0-3 on the SEC road, with losses by 8,25,3 points. So Carolina is 3-0 at home in SEC, as home side won seven of their eight SEC games. Visiting team won four of last six in series, with Hogs winning two of last three at this site.

    Ole Miss lost its last four games and is 1-3 at home in SEC, 0-1 as favorite; they won 79-72 at Auburn in the first meeting, 16 days ago. Auburn is 1-5 in SEC, and lost its two road games by 37,36 points, but four of its last five games were decided by seven or less points.

    Vanderbilt won by 25 at Knoxville last month, but lost four of last five; they're 2-1 as home favorite, with wins at home by 14,22 points. Tennessee is 2-2 on road in SEC, with both losses by three points; they're 3-2 as an SEC dog, 2-1 on road.

    Favorite is 5-0 vs spread in Texas Tech's league games with Tech 4-0 as favorite; ther last three wins were all by 14+ points. Colorado is 1-4 as Big 12 dog, 1-2 at home; they're 1-2 on road, with losses by 30,8 points but have won two of their last three trips to Lubbock.

    Home side won eight of last nine Minnesota-Michigan games, with Gophers losing three of last four visits to Ann Arbor, with losses by 10,2,12 points. Wolverines lost four in row, all by nine or more points; they are lost without PG Horton. Gophers are 2-1 as a road dog.

    East Carolina won its last two games after 0-6 start in C-USA, but Memphis is 5-1 as favorite in league, and has played better since selfish Banks was sent packing. Tigers are 4-0 at home in league, with wins by 14,10, 1,13 points. C-USA home teams are 23-27 vs spread

    Marquette ended three-game losing streak with win in double OT at Saint Louis; they're just 3-4 in the league UAB is 5-2 in C-USA; they beat Eagles 87-69 a year ago; they're 1-2 as road favorite, 2-5 overall as a fave in league play. Marquette is 0-3 as C-USA underdog.

    Houston lost three of last four games and is 3-4 in the league, as is Saint Louis, which lost last game in double OT vs Marquette. Billikens are 2-1 as road dog, with road losses by 6,7 points. St Louis scored less than 60 points in six of their seven league games.

    Southern Mississippi and South Florida are both 1-6 in C-USA, Eagles 1-3 at home (0-4 vs spread). Bulls are on six-game losing streak, with last three losses by 12, 26 and 14 points. Bulls won last year's game, 68-60 in Tampa. Not much to choose from here.

    Purdue got first league win in seven tries Sunday, over Michigan team playing on road without its point guard. Ohio State won last two games after losing five of six before that; they're 1-2 as home favorite. Big 11 home favorites are 13-9 vs spread this season.

    Wisconsin is 5-2 in Big 11, but only one of those wins was by more than 11 points; they're 4-2 as a favorite in league. Northwestern is 0-4 on road in league, with Ls by 29,10,3,13 points; they lost five of last six games. Wildcats stunned Wisconsin in Evanston last yr, 69-51.

    Evansville lost five of last six games, Northern Iowa is 1-3 in last four; four of last five series games at UNI were decided by three or less points. Evansville beat the Panthers 92-73 in first meeting, three weeks ago. Northern Iowa is 1-4 as an MVC home favorite.

    Southern Illinois won six of last seven meetings against Bradley, winning two of last three at this site, and also beating Braves 67-59 in first meeting, two weeks ago. Bradley lost five of last seven games but is 4-1 at home in Valley. Salukis are 7-2 in MVC, 2-2 on road.

    Duke is 6-1 in ACC, 3-0 on road; they won 12 of last 14 games vs Wake Forest, but two losses came in last two visits to this site, by 14(ot) and 6 points. Wake is 3-0 at home in ACC, with wins by 15-13-12 points. Road team is 6-1 vs spread in Duke'a ACC games.

    Oklahoma won 70-54 at Texas A&M two weeks ago Sooners are 5-1 in Big 12, 2-1 as home favorite, with wins by 30,4,10 points; only one of their four league wins is by more than ten points. Aggies are 1-2 as dog on road, with losses by 5,14,10 points.

    Today's Tips:
    Florida State, +11-- Home side won nine of last ten Florida St-Ga Tech games, with Seminoles losing last five visits to this site, only one of the losses was by more than nine points. State is 3-0 vs spread on road, with only one defeat by more than a hoop; they're 4-1 vs spread as an underdog. Tech lost three of last four games. 30 hamiltons on the Seminoles, +11.

      Suns @ Timberwolves-- Phoenix was held under 100 last night, losing to red-hot Grizzlies; now they oppose a shaky Minnesota squad that just lost to Kings team playing without Webber, Stojakovic, and also lost last night at woeful Bucks. Suns won five of last six games with six of last seven going over the total. Last seven Minnesota games stayed under the total.

      Elsewhere, suddenly-hot Nets won fourth game in a row and seventh in last nine tries last night; they scored 107 ppg in last four games. Boston lost to Nets by six in the Swamp 12 days ago; they lost their last two home games

      Rockets won six of last eight road games; they nipped Sixers 77-76 Dec 4. Eight of their last 11 games stayed under total. 76ers played just three home games in last three weeks, but won them all; their last three tilts stayed under the total.

      Pacers lost ten of last 14 games, losing last five games (scoring just 86.3 ppg) despite addition of Jackson back to lineup; they beat Toronto 89-86 back in December, a long time ago for both sides. Raptors lost last three in a row, allowing 111.7 ppg. 4 of their last 5 went over.

      Hawks lost seven of last nine games, but upset Magic on Monday; they're 2-6 vs spread in game following their first eight wins this year, but actually drilled the Pistons, 88-72 December 10. Detroit won four in row and 10 of last 14, with four of last five staying under the total.

      Dallas won for seventh time in last nine games last night, beating Miami; they failed to cover last five games when they had game the night before. Trap game for the Mavs who won by 15 in New Orleans Opening Night. Hornets are 16-5 vs spread in last 21 games.

      Denver now 3-0 under Karl, as they blasted the hapless Knicks last night by 20; they've allowed 87.8 ppg in the last four games, with five of their last seven staying under total. Portland lost 14 of its last 18 games; they lost to Lakers at Staples Center last night.

      Shorthanded Kings lost at home to Seattle last night, as Webber, Stojakovic sat out; they lost only game against Warriors this year, 98-94 at Arco night after Christmas. Golden State lost five in row and 14 of last 15 games.
