    THE ANIMAL

    College Basketball:
    2 Units on Creighton -15 -110

Tonight marks the final game for Creighton at the Civic Auditorium which has housed the Blue Jays since 1955. The Blue Jays come off a bitter loss to Southern Illinois on Saturday night and look to avenge an 80-74 loss at Wichita State on February 15th. Prior to that defeat, the Blue Jays had won seven consecutive meetings with the Shockers and 15/16. Final home game for Creighton senior forward Kyle Korver, the heart & soul for the Blue Jays. When seeking revenge from a same-season defeat, the Blue Jays are 6-0 ATS the last three years. This line is just a bit too high for us to consider Creighton a premium play and respect is given to Wichita State’s 8-1 ATS road record.

    Pro Basketball:
    1 Unit on Orlando Magic -3½ -110
NBA FREEBIE: ORLANDO The Orlando Magic continues to roll post-trade deadline as they slapped Cleveland yesterday by 26. They’ve now won 5 of 6 covering 7 of 8 with the only blemish the 2OT loss in MSG Friday night. The former Grizzlies Gooden & Giricek have proved to be the moves of the year for Orlando as T-Mac has made the most of the acquisition averaging 37 PPG the last 5. He had 28 in 3 quarters of work at Gund. The Bulls had won 2 straight at United as they are experimenting with a new offense working away from the famed triangle; then Atlanta rolled into town and came away with a 22 point win. They may actually put up a little resistance tonight as they lost but covered in Washington Saturday picking up 4 technical fouls and watched the Wizards go to the line 27 more times.
