i know it may sound wacky, but when i was fighting i trained with a guy who was into this mind dynamics stuff and it worked.......

may sound wacky but it is true.....i remember hearing mark cuban say when he went to vegas after he sold his company he went to veags and was playing $10,000 a hand and could not lose.......cuz he did not need the money and was loose.....but before when he was poor he always lost, cuz he was pressing......there is something to this.....set your mind for winning......PS good capping also helps.....but i can tell you..forget about yesterday and stop beating yourself up....

Same thing i told him the day before .. I had a very good friend I turned on to a forum and he called himself .. dummy .. How the hell can you talk to a guy called dummy??
