A question for fans

Here's my question for anyone willing to answer..
Did you like this new "Playoff" style system of the top 10 competing for the championship?

Peronally I didn't like it.
And not because #2 didn't have a shot.
I didn't like because it eliminates drivers 11 and on who are mathematically still in contention.
and I'm a traditionalist.

I loved it the old way!!!! Gordon would have had championship #5!!!! I didn't like the new way because I felt it left the small teams out in the cold. I also think that it plays a big part in alot of good drivers having alot of problems securing good sponsorship and in the end that is bad for NASCAR. Go back to the old points system!!

Sorry guys ... they won't be going back to old sys. I didn't like the Playoff system at first either but , it sure make the last 10 races exciting !The year before with kennseth winning , was anti - climatic , he only won One race the whole year w/no DNF's . Consistency SHOULD BE Rewarded but as a TEAM .

Wayne check me on this ,but IF the 11th place guy was w/i 400pts wouldn't he be included in the Chase For the Cup ? All Drivers w/i 400pts.. So rwall I don't think they eliminate anyone that mathmaticial has a shot at winning the Championship . It does of course prevent them from finishing any higher than 11th in points .
