I do't know about "in CAHOOTS" but they use the same handicapping methods - same with Joe Gavazzi. Neri and Gavazzi wrote for Marc Lawrence's Playbook and then went out on their own.
I think you might find Tom Styker and maybe Tom (Buckeye Sports) Scott are usually on the same side as those guys too.

If they (especially Neri, Gavazzi and Dr Bob) are all on the same side I wouldn't necessarily make it a stronger play since they are using the same systems/methods they should come up with the same side. I would also stay away if they are on opposite sides...
