A college basketball opinion

I've only posted one rated college basketball play all year (and won it) and this isn't one but it's an opinion I'd like to share.

Wis-Mil is by far the best team in the Horizon League and Cleveland State is the second worst. Wi-sMil's at home. This is Cle State's fifth road game in its last sixth!
