If I remember correctly.....and I think I do...we had a 1st and goal at the end of the game to BEAT the Chargers, and came up 2 yards short after an incompletion on 4th down to go to the Super Bowl.

When you have homefield in January against a team that never even should have been there from San Diego going cross country with Stan Humphries at QB..................... Losing that game by 1 is getting your ass kicked. They were DD Favorites and nobody expected a S.D. win!
