First we look at Duke -10 at St. Johns. The Blue Devils have won their last 4 including their last 2 on the road with wins at GT 77-58 and Virginia 78-59. The Red Storm have lost 4 in a row and 7 of their last 9. In those 7 games, the Johnnies have lost their last 3 home games getting blown out by BC 81-63, Providence 69-59 and VT 71-54. Look for Duke to roll.
Next we see Cal -4 hosting the Sun Devils from ASU. Although Cal has lost 2 of their last 3 including a loss to Arizona 88-75 on Thursday, the Golden Bears had won 8 in a row at home before their set back. The Bears are posting a 12-3 record at home. Meanwhile, ASU has lost their last 2 and are 5-6 on the road. In their last meeting ASU snuck out a W 75-70 in Arizona. Look for Cal to get back on track at home and get some revenge today.
Minnesota is -1 at home to Wisconsin in a Big 10 matchup. The Golden Gophers have won their last 6 at home with wins over Michigan 87-80, Purdue 90-68, Iowa 77-64 and Mich. St. 77-69. Wisconsin has lost 2 of their last 4 on the road with losses to Purdue 60-78 and a bad loss at Penn St. 57-58. The Badgers are 5-5 on the road this year. Look for Minnesota to show their dominance at home with a win today.
Last we have Georgia -1 at home against Kentucky. UK has not lost a game since Dec. 28 at Louisville 81-63. Georgia is undefeated at home. In their last meeting back in Feb. UK took the win with an 87-67 rote in Kentucky. This should be a close game but we look for the Bull Dogs to take out some frustration with all the negativity surrounding their team and beat Kentucky behind a sell out croud in Georgia.
