It would have been good also to remember an item in blake's thread, "How to win in sports gambling"

and frankb's response, "I couldn't agree with you more regarding injuries to QBs and team stars. Teams rise to the occasion when their star player is injured. Plus we get great value because Vegas adjusts the lines."

I didn't think of this and got suckered into a sonics bet (small, thankfully!)
