I have to agree with you on an early look with the "Fighting Clffy Clavens of the Post Office" from NE as well. That D looked pretty good and the rook has no where near Peytons talent to counteract them.

hey chuck......I didn't say NO TALENT! I said nowhere near the talent Peyton has at this point. He has had a great year and will be a good QB. But right now in a playoff game with these implications experience is huge! Colts got outplay and outcoached! Simple fact was the Colts NEVER HAD THE BALL for Manning to do anything and when they did his receivers and backs turned it back over to the Postal Workers!
Pitts having a great year and should show up to make it a very physical defensive type stand. The QB's may in fact take a big back seat in this one!

eagles -4.5 is a gift!!!! move on that now!!! just got done looking at the falcons complete rundown for the season( losing at home to the lions 17-10!!! , beating the cards at home 6-3, beating the 49ers by 2 , giving up 56!!! to the chiefs,getting shut out by the bucs 27-0, beating eli in his first start 14-10) ...vick is clearly not consistant enough in the passing game to beat the eagles .. the eagles beat him 2yrs ago in the playoffs (20-6) look for the same kind of score...jim johnson is one the best def. cord. in the game look for him to disect the way tampa bay defends vick they have his number and the eagles have some of the same kind of athletes (seimen rice - jevon kearse).. with trotter being absolute monster in the middle they should hold up against the falcons run game and with 3 pro bowlers in the secondary the falcons will struggle here... on off. i look for donovan to take off and run a little himself and make some plays by design.. the falcons only shot is to dominate up front and get some good pressure on donovan but i don't see it happening here and the falcons secondary can be had.... the rams had some things going until their def. and special teams had a complete meltdown.. that will not happen this week the eagles are whole differnt animal!!! eagles 23-13...Last edited by psmitty; 01-16-2005, 11:21 PM.Comment

remember this is a revenge game for Pitts 2001 Championship game New England came in there and bet them, the reverse happens here, I will take the plus three it might even move up to +3.5
